Frequently Asked Questions

How do I start a video card?
Download the Kithly app from the App Store or Google Play. Once you log in, you can create a new video card right from the dashboard.

How long can each video contribution be?
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, individual video contributions are limited to 30 seconds.

How long do you store my videos?
We store your raw video clips only as long as the video card project is "collecting". Once the final video is created and the card is marked "completed", all the individual video files are permanently deleted from our servers after 3 days.

Is my video gift a surprise?
Yes! Only the creator of the video card (the organizer) can see all the contributions. The person receiving the gift won't see anything until you share the final video with them.
