  • Information You Provide to Us: This includes information you provide when you create an account (e.g., your email) and information provided by contributors, such as their name.
  • User Content: We collect the video files, photos, and messages you record or upload to the Service ("User Content").

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect, including your User Content, for the sole purpose of operating and providing the Service. This includes:

  • Allowing you to create and manage video card projects.
  • Allowing contributors to upload their video messages.
  • Stitching, transcoding, and processing the individual video clips into a final, combined video.
  • Notifying you of service-related updates.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or User Content to any third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

We are committed to data minimization and only store your data for as long as it is needed to provide the Service.

Our Policy: We store all initial recordings and User Content while a video card project is active. Once an organizer marks the video card as "completed" (i.e., the final video is generated), all individual User Content files (the raw recordings) associated with that project are permanently deleted from our active servers after 3 days.

The final, stitched video file is retained for the account holder (the organizer) until they choose to delete it or delete their account.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Account holders can delete their account and associated data at any time via our app or our account deletion page.
